Where did my new password go?

1P_Tommy Hi, I'm not sure your last comment on this thread was actually for this thread ;-)

However, it has happened again. I've just tried to create an account, the 1Password box popped-up and disappeared immediately, I'm sure it usually lets me change the name.

There is a password in the history but no login entry created.

I've created in manually for now but was not expecting it to happen again.
