Where does 1Password for iOS take the accounts list from?
Even if I uninstall the iOS 1Password app - which is supposed to delete all app data - and I reinstall it from App Store, somehow it still remembers accounts that I used on it prior to uninstalling a...

Encrypted copies of your Secret Key are stored in your device keychains to provide data loss protection. If you have iCloud Drive enabled and lose your Mac, iPhone, or iPad, you can restore from a backup and unlock 1Password with just your Password.
This is the intended behavior and working as expected.
