Where is the password generator in Windows App ?

Thanks for your message. The password generator does not exist in the 1Password system tray icon as it once did. When you need to change a password for an account you can make adjustments to the password variables during the workflow noted in this guide:
* Change your password in the 1Password apps

In you run in to troubles with the website not accepting the generated password, you can adjust those settings and save the Login item in 1Password after the website has accepted the generated password.

As mentioned, the password generator is readily available in 1Password in the browser, if you need a one-off password:
* Create a custom password
