Where is the password generator in Windows App ?

Thanks What i have noted:
1. Use of special symbols is limited to max of 1(in many cases ) up to 3 when creating passwords with 22+ to 32 character length. Needs fix or it is setup this way ?

  1. Also noted, most of my sites in India, requires special symbols (But not this two ""-"" or ""_"")
    1Password mostly uses above for special characters and this becomes big trouble most of cases

  2. Also I dont understand what are smart passwords ?

  3. Would love to hear from other members about there password generation techniques to learn more..
