Where is the search function on an Ipad?

Just upgraded to 1PW8. Where is the search function within 1PW on an Ipad? I see the side menu on the left of the screen...but it doesn't include a search function. Also see no setting to add it.

Why is such a simple thing so difficult and confusing?

    If you're not seeing any search bar near the top of the screen, can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing instead? Please keep in mind that this is a public forum, so make sure to mask or remove any sensitive information from the screenshot before posting.
