Which release channel should we use for Early Access?

Which release channel should we use for Early Access? Reason for asking: MacUpdater (v1) is reporting an update (from the Nightly channel)

Thank you for the instructions on how to revert to the beta channel.

I already was on 8.2.0-57 (nightly), but removed that to install beta 8.2.0-56.
