Why blocked? Why unblock long?

I have opened 1Password App. I enter in 1P and have access to any passwords. In this case, I use 1password in Chrome and: 1)Blocked access to 1Password. Why? 2) Very long waiting of 1Password pre...

Can you clarify the screenshots a little bit? It looks like you're signing into 1Password.com in the first screenshot (1p_step1.png) and then into the browser extension in the second screenshot (1p-step2.png). Is that correct?
Sure. It's correct.

Does that improve the situation?
No.

But I solved. Need to set On for 1Password in "Allow in the Background" Settings.
