4 years agoHey @terps87 and bastula! On March 15, Google released Chrome 99, which contained a new code signing certificate. Our developers had to make some changes in order to get things working again. You will need to be running the latest version of the 1Password app to get these fixes.
To make sure you're up to date on everything:
- Follow this guide (from Google) to update to the latest version of Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95414
- Follow this guide to make sure you are running the latest version of 1Password in Chrome: https://support.1password.com/update-1password-browser/#chrome
- Follow this guide to update 1Password 7 for Mac to the latest version (as of today those version are 1Password v7.9.3 or 1Password v7.9.4-BETA-0): https://support.1password.com/update-1password/?mac
Note, if you have the classic extension (v. 4.7.5.90) installed, please remove it so that it does not cause a conflict with the new extension.
If you are running those latest versions and are still having trouble, please restart your computer. If that doesn't resolve things, please let me know.
