Windows 11 1password bug?

I have the 1Password app installed on my Windows 11 laptop. When attempting to create an account on https://www.mfg.com/ using both Firefox and Chrome, I encounter an error when attempting to save it...

I've realized the reason behind this issue. I recently installed Tinywall and forgot to exclude 1Password from internet access. However, I've noticed that even when I disconnect from the internet and manually create a credential, it still saves locally and reminds me that I'm offline. In contrast, when blocked by Tinywall, it simply shows an error screen and often fails to remind me that I'm offline.
