I'm sorry that 1Password in the browser isn't working on your Windows PC. As a first step, can you try the troubleshooting steps in this guide in order: If 1Password isn't working in your browser
If that still doesn't work then I'd like to ask you to send in the following:
- The extension console log: https://support.1password.com/cs/extension-console-log/
- A diagnostics report: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
Attach both files to an email message addressed to
support+forum@1password.com
.With your email please include:
