With the new proton.me website 1password no longer automatically fills in the 2FA code.
1Password still fills in the userid and password, but no longer automatically fills in the saved 2FA code when prompted. Proton.me now requires a captcha to be solved after userid and password is ent...
It doesn't show up all of the time, but I've seen it a couple of times with two different proton accounts.
