3 years agoI just wanted to share my frustration regarding this issue as I have been experiencing it for months (since Oct/Nov if I remember correctly).
I reached out to support in Jan and provided the requested files and was told it was a known issue and is being looked into. They've suggested disabling 2FA will help/fix this but it's not something I'm comfortable doing given the sensitivity of the data inside a password manager.
