1Password for Mac 8.11.0 (81100017) These options don't appear to be present.

It sounds like you're using the nightly version, update to the latest version and then try restarting your Mac. If that still doesn't work then are you only using an individual or family account in the desktop app? Or are you using a Business account as well?
