Research opportunities with 1Password

Hi folks,

We have two research opportunities available at 1Password that we want to invite you to participate in. One of the opportunities is for personal/family 1Password users and the other is for 1Password administrators who use 1Password at their workplace. 

1Password administrator research

We’re inviting 1Password admins to participate in a research study about how you and your team use 1Password to monitor activity, view reports, and gain insights about your organization.

Details:

• If qualified, you’ll be invited to sign up for a 1-hour interview between November 10 - 14, 2025.
• Interview participants will receive an e-gift card for $200 USD (or local equivalent) as a thank-you for their time.

If you’re interested, take a couple of minutes to answer a few quick questions so we can confirm if you’re a good fit for this study. The form must be submitted no later than November 9.

1Password personal/family user research

We’re launching a research initiative and inviting users to share perspectives on their needs, challenges, and expectations of 1Password and other security brands.

Here’s what you need to know about the research initiative:

• Currently we’re focusing on customers using 1Password Families or individual accounts in the US or UK.
• A professional interviewer from research firm Kantar, not someone from 1Password, will conduct the research session
• The research session will take approximately 90 minutes in a group format, and is expected to take place in the first half of November.
