.\op vault create "Entertainment" = (400) Bad Request: The structure of request was invalid.

When using the basic command ".\op vault create Entertainment" as the guide states we get the following error:

(400) Bad Request: The structure of request was invalid.

I have verified this on a family account and our team accounts. This is being run in Powershell

op version 2.7.3

1Password Version: 8.9.8
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided
Browser:_ Not Provided
