1password cli /usr/local/bin op missing

op is not in /usr/local/bin im getting lots of odd permissions errors because i was not able to set them properly. im using linux and i installed using the apt method on ubuntu 22.10.

    i’ve moved passed this. i uninstalled the cli. i’m not waiting two months for support.
