[29] Getting Application Error when grant user permissions to vault

op vault user grant --vault shared-test--user 'Hidden Name' --permissions view_items
[ERROR] 2021/12/09 00:01:23 (434) Application Error: An application error has occurred.

the user is valid and exists in organisation. I've been trying both email and full name. Via web interface works.
Need help

    We previously encountered this error, and rolled out a fix for it in 2.0.0-beta.7, that you can get from https://app-updates.agilebits.com/product_history/CLI2#v2000007. This should solve the problem, but let us know if it persists!
