Administrative API/SDK

I am not finding any reference to an ability to perform Administrative functions via API. I am speaking in regards to the creation of Tokens in integrations (such as Connect Servers), or reconfiguring the vaults an integration has access to.

Surely, these functions are not limited solely to the website...
