Can't figure out how to enable the agent

The documentation says that to enable the agent on Windows: But I can't for the life of me find this. Does it mean "Developers" in the "Settings"? If so, this is all I see: I was ...

Nevermind: I somehow missed the first step of downloading the 1Password Beta. I can now see this option in the preferences:
