cli: op inject: could not resolve item UUID
cli 2.14.0
Issue: When using op inject to include an item by reference, item names must be unique, even across vaults.
Example:
Vault: Work
Item Name: AWS
Reference: op://Work/AWS/secre...
Also hit this issue.
Strange that op read works fine, but not op inject.
