CLI user confirm --all does not work

The command op user confirm --all does not work. Users which are waiting to be confirmed are not confirmed.

    The command does exit, it does not display any messages (nor any errors).

    Hi jscarle, could you please provide some more information regarding this issue: what is the output of the command? Does the command ever exit?
