Download SSH key from remote server using saved credentials

At NERSC, a password and OTP are used to generate (remotely) a 24 hour access token in the form of an SSH key that has a validity period of 24 hours. Will 1password support this form of token (i.e. provide some way to request the key using saved credentials, and save the produced key in the SSH agent)?
