+1 from me for this request. I do like the idea of having a Comment field available on each SSH item, which then gets automatically appended to the public key.

Hey twhite​ , happy to report that we do support this! 

You can import an SSH key with a comment, and it’ll automatically be added to 1Password. Similarly, if you manually add a "comment" text field to your SSH Key item, the comment will be automatically included whenever you copy your SSH public key.
