Feature Request: Linking Address to Multiple Logins

Hello 1Pass Developers,

I'm currently in grad school, so my address has been changing a lot lately, and it's been a real pain to track all the accounts that I need to update my address in. I have started a spreadsheet that tells me all the accounts that I regularly use that have a certain address associated so that next time I move, I remember to update the important accounts (bank, medical, etc.) - But I figure it would be way easier to do that if you could link certain addresses (from a profile) to accounts that use it. That way, I could go into the profile with my old address and see all the accounts I need to change (similar to hyperlinking (Wikipedia) or back-linking (Obsidian).

Just a suggestion that I would really love to see, but maybe there's already something similar - please let me know if so!

An option to consider is to link a Login item to an Identity. This enables the Login item to include name, address, etc. without having to fill and maintain each. Adding a field to the Login item should override the value provided by the Identity, such as email.

Hi percysmith713 -- it may not be how you are picturing the feature to work, but you can add additional fields to each item in 1Password as well as tags.

When you add the address, you can then search address:123 main st (or whatever the address is) to filter the items with each password.  This has worked well for me over the years, so when I move I search for the old address and immediately know which accounts I need to update addresses for.

The other way I keep track of things is by adding a tag.  I have admittedly not used tagging much until recently, but it has come in very handy for searching, especially with addresses because I can tag things in ways such as address_home, address_work, address_mailing, etc.  A quick and simple way to find which item(s) are using the different addresses.

This thought process also works with Credit Card used (cc_apple, cc_debit, cc_chase, etc).  Though I can search for credit cards, this gives me a quick way to see what accounts have different credit cards saved so I can quickly find and update them when cards expire or are compromised with a breach.
