How to use with CyberDuck Mac (SSH)

I'm struggling to use CyberDuck with SSH keys. I've added a config file in my ~/.ssh folder and the SSH items are all in the Private Vault. Yet, CyberDuck still doesn't want to use them.

Also, why is only the Private Vault of my Family Account recognised and not the Private Vault of my Business Account?

Thanks!

    About the Private vaults: those should work with any account, there's no distinction made between account types. If you run the following command, do you see the keys listed from your Business account?

    SSH_AUTH_SOCK=~/Library/Group\ Containers/2BUA8C4S2C.com.1password/t/agent.sock ssh-add -l

    Did you download Cyberduck from the Mac App Store or from their website / Homebrew / etc.? The Mac App Store version won't work with SSH agents, because of the tight sandboxing.
