LINUX CLI SSH - ERROR read: reading frame length: EOF

Integration between op and 1p keeps failing with the error on the title.
Already uninstalled and installed op.
Every time that the error happens, it crashes 1p desktop app and I have to start it and authenticate again.
One of the things I'm trying is to integrate with git/gh.
"op account list" returns my account correctly.
Other commands pretty much fail (e.g. "op siginin" although already signed-in).
SSH and CLI are "checked" in the 1p desktop app.
Any clue what could be the root cause for this issue?
It used to work before.
Please advise.

    1p and op installed through package manager (apt).
