my 1password cli can't connect the app

The error says "RequestDelegatedSession: cannot setup session. Please check the logs of the 1Password app."

cli version: 2.30.0-beta.03

and the app version is Mac 8.10.64

everytime when the cli gets timeout, it disconnects the app too. the app shows offline. before that, it's online.
