Remote ssh-agent authentication

I often ssh into my Mac Mini from elsewhere. After I setup 1Password to be my ssh-agent, I realized that I would have to connect with the Screen Sharing client to my Mac in order to in...
Generally it's Blink from my iPad. Sometimes it's from an old MacBook Air with 1Password installed.
However, the 1P SSH Agent is currently broken entirely for me. The confirmation prompt just pops up, then disappears, and I get
sign_and_send_pubkey: signing failed for ED25519 "<key filename>" from agent: agent refused operation.
I'm opening a support ticket about this.
