    The workaround is to click outside the Permissions box after selecting the permissions you want to assign.

    Hi,

    Microsoft Edge for Business
    Version 137.0.3296.93 (Official build) (64-bit)

    Chrome
    Version 137.0.7151.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)

    In both cases the problem is present and the workaround works.
