winget package repository is missing 2.30.0 release from July 29 2024

The https://developer.1password.com/docs/cli/get-started/#install page for the 1Password CLI for Windows shows using winget to install.

The winget package repository still has the latest release as 2.29.0. The July release of v2.30.0 is not available for install and upgrade via winget.

I created https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/issues/171668 on the microsoft/winget-pkgs repo to update to 2.30.0.
