Xcode to use ssh in 1password?

I'm trying to figure out how to configure Xcode to use the ssh key I've stored in my 1password vault. It doesn't seem possible. I'm hoping I am just missing something. Here's the steps I'm taking. ...

I found that Xcode is not compatible with 1Password SSH agent:
https://developer.1password.com/docs/ssh/agent/compatibility/#xcode

I don't know if 1Password devs can do something with it.
