1Password Community - feedback.

Hey Ivan_K đź‘‹
Really appreciate you taking the time to share all of this — it’s incredibly valuable feedback, and I can tell you’ve put real thought into it.
I totally hear what you’re saying about feeling like you’ve landed “deep in the woods” when visiting the new Community. That sense of orientation — knowing exactly where to go for the stuff that matters to you — is something we’re still working to recapture post-migration.
The analogy of an “infinite journal” or a “media consumption deep dive” is a powerful one, but I can clearly see where you're coming from. We’re trying to balance flexibility and discoverability, but that can come at the cost of that efficient, purposeful vibe the old Community had for some users. Your point about wanting to drop in, check on macOS beta updates, and quickly see what’s new or been reported — that’s exactly the kind of behavior we want to continue supporting. And it’s clear we still have work to do there.
Just so you know, we are actively exploring ways to improve that experience. That includes ideas like better tag-driven content filtering, more intuitive paths to the “concrete places” you mentioned, and even things like changing where these conversations live and how you find them. None of it’s magic-wand fast, but it’s absolutely on our radar, and your post helps us prioritize where to focus next.
In the meantime, I hope you’ll keep sharing your thoughts and experiences — even if it’s a quick stop-in-and-post moment. The fact that you care enough to keep showing up, even when it feels clunky, means a lot.
Thanks again for taking the time. Have a great weekend! đź’™
