AI-Chatbot Is Useless
The AI chatbot is really not useful. It told me it would connect me with support, but it just does not create a ticket (I have not received any confirmation email at least).
Please reinstate a normal contact for, then I can be sure what it is happening. And do not need to go through slow AI-generated chat interface.
