Can't Upgrade Account and No Response From Support

I have been trying to reach support for a few days now. I'm on the Individual plan and I'm trying to upgrade to business, but I keep getting an error.

I have multiple support tickets, because no one has bothered to respond or reach out to me.

This is a little ridiculous! Please can someone help me. My email is [redacted]

This was the original support ticker 532300

Or at least point me in the right direction...

    Thanks so much for your patience, and I’m sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We’ve been experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of inquiries, which has impacted our response times. Just a quick note: submitting multiple tickets won’t speed things up and can actually slow us down a bit, since it creates extra work for the team.

  • I'd also like to state I've never had any issues with 1Password till now. But the lack of support is beyond frustrating. 

    I reached out via X and IG and still no responses...
