6 months agoYou would typically create one support request and not open multiple, as it can create confusion among the teams. The chatbot is geared toward more basic support requests and should allow you to open a support request by requesting to do so. You also have the option of providing additional feedback, questions, etc. when a member of the staff reaches out.
