Reset Password Doesn't Work

I tried to reset password to get in to the community. I entered my email and clicked the button, received e-mail, went by the link and enter new password but the platform continues showing incorrect e-mail or password.

I tried to reregister but it doesn't allow because the e-mail already in the system.
