sales contact

I would like to purchase a business account for my small business (just two people - I currently have a family account). The options online are "try 14 days free" or "contact sales". When I go to contact sales, it has me fill out a form. I have filled out the form twice in the last month and have not heard anything back. There is no phone or email to contact 1password. How do I actually purchase the business account?

    Hello allarson1​! 👋

    I'm sorry that you didn't receive a reply. If you're just looking to sign up for a 1Password Business membership then you can sign up for the trial and then add your payment information. 

    That being said, if you send an email to support@1Password.com along with a link to this thread then I can look into this further. Make sure to use the same email that you used for the contact form. After emailing in, you'll receive a reply from BitBot, our friendly robot assistant with a Support ID that looks something like [#ABC-12345-678]. Post that here, and I'll be able to locate your message and take a look.
