Unlock, Auto-Lock Enhancement Request

Hi 1P team. I am an enterprise admin and I have a suggestion that would really make life lovely with the new policies.

Would it be possible to add functionality to the options for the new lock unlock policies. I would love to be able to set a maximum permissible timeout, but allow a user to customize and to set a default. This would require an extra radio button and an extra field. For those admins that want to specify an option they could set the choice and default to the same and disallow customize.

For instance "Unlock with device" could Set as a maximum of 1Week, a Default of 1Day, but have a radio button to allow user to customize, and allow them to chose any value more secure than the 1week maximum.

Or example 2. 1password.com idle lock. Set a default of 10 minutes, a maximum of 30 minutes, but user can choose a shorter timeout value.

I feel this should be a reasonably simple change and would allow a huge amount of additional functionality.

    I've submitted a feature request to our Product team on your behalf to let them know you'd like to be able to give your users the option to set stricter settings than the requirements you've set in the account policies page. 

    If you have any other context you'd like to add to the request, such as how not having this option is currently affecting you or your users, I can add it to the request.
