Objective: Ensure long-term success by monitoring compliance, addressing any persistent issues, and gathering employee feedback for future improvements.
People
Gather employee feedback:
Conduct a survey or host a feedback session to understand employees’ experience with Device Trust.
Use this feedback to improve user resources or adjust future security rollouts.
Plan for ongoing support:
Set up regular support or office hours for employees who may need continued assistance with Device Trust.
Consider providing quarterly or bi-annual updates to reinforce best practices and address any new features or changes.
Reach out regularly to your 1Password Customer Success Manager or support if you have any questions or specific use cases you want to explore.
Process
Review and update documentation: Based on initial rollout experiences, update your documentation and FAQs to include solutions for common issues and responses to frequently asked questions.
Stay updated on product enhancements: Bookmark our product updates webpage for the latest updates covering new Device Trust Checks.
Technology
Monitor device compliance: Regularly review compliance data under Checks to identify trends, common issues, or devices that require additional attention. View your actively running Checks, they will be listed by their percentage of compliance (from least compliant to most compliant).
Add a log pipeline: Send changes that are happening across your fleet of devices to a supported log destination.
