2 TopicsNEW! Simplify Access Reviews with Trelica by 1Password
We're excited to announce that access reviews are now available in Trelica by 1Password! This feature helps simplify compliance and governance by making it easier to regularly review who has access to what and take action directly from the platform. Whether you're preparing for SOC, PCI, SOX, or ISO27002/ 27017, or just want better visibility, Trelica by 1Password now supports one-off or scheduled access reviews. Trelica by 1Password provides admins with the flexibility to pick which apps are included in the access review based on custom fields, status, or to select them individually. Admins can schedule reviews as one-offs or recurring, set due dates, and assign reviewer roles to individual app owners. Automatic reminders and notifications are sent to reviewers to help keep reviews on track. During reviews, reviewers can approve or flag users individually or in bulk or assign follow-up tasks. They can view user lists, access levels, and access risks, such as “leaver with access” to speed up the review process. If the app has API endpoints related to user management, reviewers can take direct action in reviews, such as revoking user access. And if the app doesn't support automated removal, reviewers can raise a Trelica task and sync with their ITSM, or record a note to log those changes in Trelica by 1Password for full auditability. Lastly, reviewers can upload user role data via CSV if an API isn’t available, attach supporting evidence, and export reviews with outcomes, reviewer names, and timestamps. Access reviews serve as a critical check to ensure lifecycle management processes are working as intended. Regular access reviews can catch users who still have access to apps when they shouldn't. For example, access reviews can identify leavers whose access should be revoked. With that insight, customers can strengthen their automated offboarding workflows in Trelica by 1Password to prevent future gaps and reduce risk. Ready to get started?
