1 to 1 Sharing
I often have one-off items to share with people at the company that don't necessitate creating a whole vault for. For example, we use an online form design tool that I want the HR person to have access to, but it's an item that lives in the IT vault. I'm not sharing the entire IT vault, but I also don't want to share the item via a sharing link since that creates a new, unsynchronized item. If I update the password or add a note, I have to remember who I've shared the item with and make sure to send them the updated version.
It would be helpful if there was a way to share a single item with another person or group, regardless of which vault it lives in. There could be a specialty vault called "Shared With Me" for anything shared like this. There could also be a category or tag for "Items I've Shared".
Think OneDrive/SharePoint file sharing. There are company-wide file buckets, and individual employee file buckets. I can easily share a single, editable file out of either of those places with a person or group.

I'd like to add to this. A 1 to Many relationship of items to vaults would be super helpful.
We're running into issues where Group A and Group B need access to Item X. But Group C does not need access. Like above, I could create the item separately in both of their group vaults and have un-synced items OR create a new vault called A+B, or worse, a vault just for that single item. I also end up with things like Group A and Person D need access, but Person D is not in Group A. I end up with vault sprawl trying to keep the practice of least privilege.
It seems like there's a lack of flexibility in how the vaults are structured that could be improved.

Coming from LastPass... I want to add that this is a needed feature. We're still in internal testing and have not rolled out to our employees as this missing feature is going to create a headache for us.
