1Password doesn't start after an update

    Hi afrisch​! Thanks for the update. I'm glad to hear the reinstall got things working. If you run into any other trouble, just let us know.

    the 1Password browser extension (in Chrome) works ok. (This somehow surprises me, I thought it relied on the native 1Password Windows application.)

    You can use the extension independently from the 1Password desktop app and vice versa. That said, we typically recommend using both in tandem for the best filling and unlocking experience.

Fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling.
