Chrome Extension sometimes blank (and no suggestions)

In the last week or so I have seen repeated cases where 1P is not offering passwords from within Chrome.  When I click the extension icon the 1P box comes up empty. If I restart Chrome it works again, at least for a while.

I just got a Chrome update (but forgot to check version before).  Here are versions if that helps:

• macos: 26.3.1 (25D2128)
• Chrome: Version 147.0.7727.117 (Official Build) (arm64)
• 1P Extension: 8.12.12.44
• 1P: 1Password for Mac 8.12.12 (81212044)
