One Time code not working

The one-time code to a shared password is not working. When I put in the code, i dont get anything, not an error or a sign-in.  I already deleted and re-added it to the user. Everyone with access to...

Sorry for the confusion, I work for an MSP, and we have shared Vaults for our different customers. I tried removing the OTP from Authentication methode for a Microsoft account and re-adding it, but that didn't help.
