Spinning circle of death during upgrade

I have elected to upgrade within 1Password's MacOS app to the subscription service, but after I selected the 1Password for Teams, put in all of my information, select my existing account, and start the process, I get the spinning wheel of death... The same thing happens when I try to upgrade my app in iOS. Any suggestions?

    Sorry that you're experiencing this issue when trying to upgrade. I think this may require some help from our Support team over email. I'd therefore like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Mac:

    Send a diagnostics report (Mac)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:
