I am unable to import my passwords for my employer-provided account to my personal 1Password account.
Why would passwords for your employer-provided account ever be imported into your personal 1Password account? These would be exactly the passwords stored in your employee Vaults to which you should no longer have access.
If that wasn't what you meant, then please correct or clarify and explain what exactly you are trying to import and why you are unable to import it.
