1 password chrome extension blocked by administrator

I am running windows 11 on a pc. This is my personal computer, there is no administrator. I am attempting to load the chrome extension and it tells me it was blocked by administrator every time. I have made sure that I have the latest version of both Chrome and 1password

    Hey laurieb126,

    Can you let me know if you see the same behaviour if you try to install any other extension from the Chrome Webstore that isn't 1Password?
