1 Password for Safari Extension won't update

My Safari extension is 8.10.46.34. I have been trying to update the extension through the App Store since October. The download begins then stops and the popup window says Unable to Download App …cou...

Thank you for getting back to me. Attached are two screenshots, the message I get when I try to delete 1 Password for Safari and the info I get if I try to install the 1 Password for Safari extension.
