1P isn't logging into all of my sites

Hi guys, I have finally manages to get all my passwords working in my updated ver8 basically I had to log into over a 100 different sites and re do all password has tacked about 22 hrs to do this due to lack of support from 1Password support line, I just think they hand out random computerised answers, one liners,. Very disappointed with with then since I was on ver6 for years and never had any issues with it or with there help centre.
I know have a issue with my iPhone - I logged in with my new password to open the .app and I can see all my passwords and usernames are there and correct but none of them will work, I get sent to the login screen I requested but my username and password doesn't appear, sometime its does, sometimes face recognition starts - but none will let me in>
Any ideas on how to fix this.
Haven't contemplated setting up Ver8 on my macBook yet for obvious reasons Ver6 still works great on that.
