1P not showing New Login in Main Window

I added a new login to 1P for Stockrover.com and it hung when doing and the main window does not show the login. However the login shows in the Safari toolbar.

1Password Version: 8.8.0 80800165
Extension Version: 2.3.6
OS Version: 12.4
Browser:_ Safari

    I took care of everything except I have not received a ticket number as of yet.

    As I anticipated if I completely quit 1P and restart the entry shows. This is not the first time
